Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns

Items which are unused may be promptly returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. If you have an opened or used item you are unhappy with, contact us at shoptheberkshires@gmail.com to discuss options for returning or refund.

We want you to be happy so if you're not let me know and we'll make it right.

Please don't send your return back to the maker, we will certainly reach out if we need to, but we want the opportunity to fix the situation first.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the disposition of your refund.

If a refund is to be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 3-5 days.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shoptheberkshires@gmail.com and we will share return instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be refundable depending on the situation.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
